Job summary

The role requires a Master’s in health care management, 5+ years of managerial experience, and expertise in EPIC and grant finances.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health care management is required.
• Minimum of five years managerial experience is required.
• Experience with medical training programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for financial operations and management of the operating budget.
• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all initiatives across the division.
• Recruitment, promotion and retention activities for all staff, including faculty and residents.
• Identify growth opportunities, analyze data, and develop business plans for new services.
• Ensure staff are trained to use EPIC and other systems; ensure compliance with protocols.
