Job summary

Gillette Children’s Lead Radiologic Technologist (Surgery-.8 FTE) oversees imaging in the OR, coordinating staff and ensuring high-quality care. The role requires OR experience and proven leadership, with on-site shifts in Saint Paul, MN.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited school or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Finds, effectively uses, and provides information. Readily adjusts to shifting priorities and work assignments.
• Maintains effective operation of timely and efficient imaging services, coordinating staff to match patient flow.
• Provides support and serves as a technical resource regarding imaging exam details, image quality, imaging systems and equipment.
• Monitors and holds staff and providers accountable for timely and accurate documentation of patient care.
• Coordinates, collaborates, and communicates to ensure quality imaging and service delivery.
