Job summary

Gillette Children's is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join the imaging department at our St. Paul hospital and Maple Grove clinic. This 0.8 FTE, benefit-eligible role involves 8-hour shifts on weekdays with rotating weekend/holiday coverage on-site and after-hours call rotation.

The Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging exams across ages and conditions, ensure high-quality images, and provide patient education and safe care in a collaborative, multi-department setting.

Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certified and in good standing with ARRT prior to start date.
• Experience working in a digital imaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to physician orders for diagnostic imaging procedures by producing high quality images.
• Proficient and safe use of imaging equipment including Radiographic, C-arm, O-arm, Portable radiographic and Fluoroscopic systems.
• Proficient in ancillary equipment including CR, positioning devices, PACS and RIS; document patient history and provide post-procedure instructions.
