Essentia Health is hiring an Operations Manager to support our General Surgery & Plastic Surgery departments at the Duluth Clinic. This leader will also have oversight and partnership with our Superior Clinic.

This role is a full-time, day shift, salaried position and is fully benefit eligible. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree in Nursing with the ability to obtain a Bachelor's within 3 years, plus 3+ years of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or Associates degree in Nursing with ability to obtain Bachelor's within 3 years.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities
