Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in Tennessee or compact state required.
• Minimum 5 years of surgical clinical experience with 1–2 years of progressive leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and personnel management for the surgical unit.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and quality outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day operations and patient flow.
