The role involves covering both Cerebrovascular and Neuroendovascular cases with a heavy emphasis on surgery. The schedule includes 24-hour call shifts, and compensation is negotiable with travel expenses covered.

Job description

Additional Locums Providers are sought to join a Neuroendovascular team in Colorado.
Must be able to cover both Cerebrovascular and Neuroendovascular.

Open Dates:

• August 4 (7a) - August 8 (7a)
• August 15 (7a) - August 21 (7a)
• All of October - December is open
• Ongoing coverage will be 10-11 days per month

Details:

• Schedule: 24 hour call shifts (7AM - 7AM)
  
• Heavy surgical emphasis
• 50% trauma
• 0-5 patients/day
• Facility is preferably looking for a Neurosurgeon with endovascular capabilities.
• Provider must be able to do thrombectomies and clippings
  
• Must be comfortable with open endovascular procedures, but most procedures are done in the interventional/cath lab.
  
• EMR: Epic

Compensation open for negotiation. Travel expenses fully paid. Complimentary Medical Malpractice coverage provided.
