Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Call coverage, inpatient, Level I Trauma Center
Responsibilities: Primary neurosurgery call coverage including general neurosurgery, trauma, and spine cases
Required Procedures: Proficiency in general neurosurgery, trauma, and spine
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: None
Days Per Month: Variable candidate must disclose availability
On-Call/Weekends: Yes
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified in Neurological Surgery Required
Active CO License or IMLC with LOQ in hand at time of submission Required
Active ACLS & BLS Required
Active DEA (must be maintained for entire assignment) Required
Must acknowledge and commit to completing the EMR training requirements Required
Must disclose # of shifts per month available Required
Must be available for April to be considered for ongoing coverage Required
Clean malpractice/background; NPDB self-inquiry preferred for expedited temp privileges Required
