Beverly Hills, CA Surgical Hair Restoration Opportunity

Client is looking for experienced physicians (5+ years post-residency) with excellent surgical, procedural, and interpersonal skills, a clean malpractice case history, and a desire to focus on surgical hair restoration. Board certification is preferred.

The positions are full-time, 5 days per week from 7:30 am to about 5 pm. Offices are closed on Sundays and legal holidays. There is no on-call duty and virtually no emergencies.

We do not offer part-time or franchise opportunities.

Our model: We hire, train, and manage the staff, while physicians perform procedures and patient consultations. We handle marketing and other operational aspects.

Team composition typically includes 1 Physician, 1 Physician Assistant, 1 Clinical Supervisor/RN, 1 Office Manager, 1-3 Senior Counselors, nurses, surgical techs, and medical assistants.

Physicians usually perform 2-5 procedures daily in the morning and conduct consultations in the afternoon with experienced counselors. Surgeons handle extraction, closure, and creating recipient sites. Nurses and techs perform follicular unit slicing and placement. PAs typically handle FUEs and PRP injections.

Client covers flight and hotel costs during the interview process (initial interviews are likely phone or video). They also cover housing during approximately 3 months of paid training, conducted at our headquarters in Beverly Hills or sometimes NYC. After training, physicians start working at the surgical center.

Compensation in Beverly Hills ranges from $300,000 to over $400,000 annually, based on revenue share.

Requirements: Experience, surgical skills, interpersonal skills, malpractice-free record, and interest in hair restoration. Board certification is preferred.
