Job Summary:

Vascular surgeon opportunity to join a busy group in Inverness, Florida.

Qualified Candidates:

• Office has been in practice for over 30 years and has a great reputation with local physicians in the area.
• Conveniently located within walking distance to the hospital, providing coverage only at HCA Florida Citrus Hospital.
• Currently includes 3 general surgeons, 1 vascular surgeon, and 1 ARNP.
• Call is split among general surgeons and is paid starting from day one of call.
• Close-knit office with a family feel.
• Schedule typically consists of 3 office days and 2 surgery days, but will accommodate physician preferences.
• Hours are usually Monday-Thursday 9 to 5 and Friday 9 to 12:30 (half-day Fridays to allow for additional surgeries). Office hours may be extended on Fridays as needed for patient care.
• ARNP works full-time Monday-Friday in the hospital, rounding on surgical patients, seeing consults, and coordinating with providers. Works closely with general surgeons daily.
