Job description

Providence St. Jude Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time Colorectal Surgeon to join its well-established team in Fullerton, California. Located at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, a large community hospital with 13 OR suites with 3 DaVinci XI systems, you will be part of a General Surgery and multi-specialty integrated department with subspecialty care in Colorectal, Upper GI, Endocrinology and Hepatobiliary Surgery. Your focus will primarily be on Colorectal Surgery, but you can also expect to cover General Surgery and ER call. Additionally, the facility itself has a fully integrated cancer center, an Advanced Oncology and GI department, as well as a very busy world-class robotics program. Join St. Jude Heritage Medical Group and work top-of-license while serving patients throughout Southern California.

• Experienced general surgeon or fellowship trained new graduate
• Colorectal Surgery focus
• Robotics experience and training is required
• General Surgery coverage and ER call 1 out of every 5 to 6 days
• Position eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• 2-year partnership track option

• Compensation is between $360,009 and $550,023 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
