The role requires BSN preferred, current nursing license, 5 years periop RN experience with 3 years in nursing leadership, and strong communication, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional teamwork to drive quality care and program development.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; Nursing license in the state of practice.
• 5 years RN Periop experience required; 3 years Nursing leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design reports and proposals in writing.
• Ability to deliver oral presentations.
• Experience directing the operations of multiple areas and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control activities of the Surgery Center.
