Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Supervisor–Perioperative Services RN to lead a multidisciplinary perioperative team in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will oversee patient care for pediatric and adult surgical cases requiring complex assessments and interventions.

Role requires RN licensure, 3–5 years of clinical experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. BSN is preferred; CNOR/CPAN/CRNFA certifications are a plus. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent clinical competence; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• BSN preferred; CNOR/CPAN/CRNFA certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hospital perioperative or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the perioperative unit.
• Supervise nursing and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
