Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility – Washington in Seattle, WA is seeking a Surgery Center Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our surgical center, ensuring safe, compliant patient care and regulatory oversight.

This hands-on leadership role requires an RN with WA licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting; you will mentor staff, optimize workflows, and partner with physicians to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must have an accredited nursing degree and WA RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 3+ years supervisory/leadership in clinical setting.
• Experience with infection control and regulatory standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily surgical center operations to ensure safe, compliant care.
• Maintain readiness for regulatory inspections and accreditation surveys.
• Develop and maintain workflows, policies, and staffing models.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and retention.
• Manage inventory and vendor relations for cost efficiency.
• Monitor schedules, patient flow, and provider needs for operations.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members with regular feedback.
• Address escalations and patient experience issues in surgical services.
