Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. in Seattle, WA, is seeking a dedicated Surgery RN to join our onsite team. This full-time position requires a WA-licensed RN with 2–3 years of circulating nurse experience in the OR and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Expect 8.5-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with responsibilities spanning pre-, intra-, and post-operative care. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced surgical suite.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Active WA RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• 2–3 years' experience as Circulating Nurse in OR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures and perform preoperative assessment.
• Recover patients post-anesthesia and reinforce discharge instructions.
• Provide direct care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.
• Document care in EMR and communicate post-operative instructions to families.
• Maintain sterility, assist with equipment, and uphold safety standards.
• Mentor new staff and coordinate with the Surgery Manager on needs.
