You will collaborate with clinic leaders, surgeons, and regional teams to translate business priorities into daily operational excellence.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, 5+ years in healthcare operations, and 3+ years of leadership, with on-site leadership at the Fort Myers Surgical Arts Center.

Qualificações

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare/medical practice operations or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience overseeing complex operations, multiple departments or locations.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to interpret metrics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership oversight of the Surgical Arts Center and surgical coordination function.
• Partner with surgeons and clinical leaders to staff, resource, and ensure compliant surgical programs.
• Monitor performance trends and plan for growth, capacity, and operational improvement.
