Job summary

United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Laser and Surgery Center of the Palm Beaches in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, financial performance, quality initiatives, and physician relationships to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

Ideal candidates have ASC leadership or hospital leadership with ASC exposure, plus a minimum of three years in senior healthcare management.

Qualifications

• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital leadership with ASC exposure.
• Minimum of three years of senior administrative or healthcare management experience.
• Experience with budgeting and achieving financial goals in a healthcare leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations across administrative, clinical, and business functions.
• Serve as liaison among Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI Home Office.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Support physician relationships, credentialing, and medical staff coordination.
• Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts.
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives.
• Participate in operational reviews and facility performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement.
