Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Surgery Center Manager to drive operational excellence across the Surgical Arts Center and affiliated sites. You will lead surgical coordination, staffing, compliance, and patient experience, partnering with clinical leadership to translate priorities into daily performance.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare or aesthetics operations.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience overseeing complex operations across locations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, staffing, patient experience, compliance, and financial performance.
• Ability to coach leaders and build high-performing teams.
• Onsite leadership presence at Surgical Arts Center in Fort Myers.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership oversight of the Surgical Arts Center and surgical coordination function.
• Partner with surgeons and clinical leaders to ensure staffed, resourced, compliant, and effective surgical program.
• Monitor performance trends and plan for growth, capacity, staffing, and improvements.
• Coach, develop, and hold accountable direct reports.
• Establish clear expectations and conduct regular leadership touchpoints and reviews.
• Collaborate on recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, growth, and patient-centered care.
• Support engagement initiatives and action planning.
