jsmcareers is seeking a Temporary Staffing Specialist to support field and office hiring by managing requisitions in the ATS, sourcing candidates, and guiding candidates through onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication, organized, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
Experience using social media and online sourcing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drives candidate management with hiring managers.
Sources candidates using ATS, job boards, and community orgs.
Builds applicant sources by outreach to colleges, agencies, recruiters, and media.
Attracts applicants via job ads and recruiters.
Assesses qualifications through interviews and reference checks.
Reviews resumes and matches skill sets to roles.
Conducts pre-screen interviews via telephone daily.
Manages hiring process and onboarding for selected candidates.
Communicates expectations clearly to candidates.
Ensures onboarding is complete, proper, and timely.
Adheres to safe work practices and company policies.
Completes special projects as assigned.
