Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking Surge Support - CBRN Support Specialists to provide operations, administrative, and logistics coordination for the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP). The role involves supporting surge deployments, NSSE events, and recall operations across CONUS and OCONUS locations, with travel and extended hours as required.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related operations, knowledge of CBRN detection equipment, NIMS/ICS certifications, and strong documentation and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years operational experience.
• Knowledge of various R/N detection equipment types (PRD, RIIDs, D3S) and related tech.
• Must possess NIMS and ICS certifications (S100/200/700).
• Clear communication and strong writing skills for government documents.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to use multiple tracking/analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Tailor MDDP deployment plans to operating environments.
• Interface with DHS toolsets to support data/knowledge management.
• Coordinate MDDP tasking systems and deployment data.
• Support policy implementation and training/development of procedures.
• Create SOPs, CONOPs, and training materials for operational support.
• Manage MDDP property and travel to locations as needed.
