Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a CBRN Operations Administration and Logistics Coordinator to support the Mobile Detection Deployment Program (MDDP). This non-supervisory role covers operations, administration, and logistics coordination across CONUS/OCONUS sites, requiring surge deployments, 24/7 shifts, and extensive travel.

Qualifications include 5 years in logistics, NIMS/ICS certifications, a Secret clearance, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Proficiency with MS Office and DHS tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum operational experience in logistics, planning, analysis, and writing government documents.
• NIMS and ICS certifications (e.g., IS 100, 200, 700) preferred.
• Secret Security Clearance required.
• Ability to carry equipment up to 50 lbs and obtain CDL B within 3 months of award.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Tailor MDDP deployment plans to specific localities supported.
• Coordinate MDDP tasking systems and deployment data.
• Support policy development, SOPs, and training materials for CBRN detection programs.
• Interface with DHS toolsets (ArcGIS, HSIN) for data and knowledge management.
• Administer MDDP property management and travel to locations in the US.
