Job summary

Technology Service Corporation (TSC) seeks an Operations Systems Analyst to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. The role focuses on integration and testing of Navy EW systems (SLQ32 variants) and developing procedures for product testing to ensure quality and performance in the SKCS program.

The candidate will design and test embedded Linux software, apply knowledge of EW threats and tactics, and contribute to CONOPS/CONEMP/TTPs.

Qualifications

Must have EW experience and be willing to work on-site at Dahlgren Naval Base five days a week.
Ten (10) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and hold a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, integrate, verify, and test modular embedded Linux software systems.
Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS.
Lead and organize large meetings, workshops, or conferences as needed.
Demonstrate experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and related operations.
Create and review technical docs, CONOPS/CONEMP/TTPs/SOPs and test & evaluation plans.
