Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare steel materials, assemblies and components for welding, painting and final production processes.
• Operate grinders and hand/power tools to remove slag, burrs and surface imperfections.
• Clean and prepare metal surfaces according to production requirements and quality standards.
• Inspect work areas and finished surfaces to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Assist welders, fitters and other production personnel as needed.
