The role emphasizes safety, professional conduct, and adherence to site rules while supporting the crew in sample recovery and presentation.

The position requires 12-hour shifts, up to 100% travel, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 55 lb, and the capacity to pass a pre-hire drug test.

Qualifications

• Safety-first mindset and awareness of pinch/rotating hazards.
• Clear radio communication and willingness to ask questions.
• Physical fitness to lift 55 lb and work in remote outdoor conditions.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in various conditions and travel extensively.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Arrive fit for duty and on time; represent the company professionally.
• Follow the Life-Saving Rules and PPE requirements; maintain site housekeeping.
• Complete Take 5s, site inductions, and pre-shift inspections.
• Drive company vehicles safely according to policies.
• Understand guards, LOTOTO, and Stop Work Authority.
• Locate and use SWPs/JSAs/SOPs and Safety Data Sheets.
• Report incidents, near misses, and hazards.
• Support the driller with basic tasks and gear turnover at shift end.
