Job summary

FTE Drilling is seeking a driller’s assistant to join our on-site team in the United States. If you enjoy working outdoors and are ambitious, this role offers growth within the company and hands-on drilling exposure.

You will support the driller, help set up and dismantle equipment, and maintain drilling rigs and site gear. The role includes an 84-hour week with overtime after 40 hours; transportation, accommodation, and meals are provided at the work camp.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• 2–5 years of hands-on drilling or similar field experience.
• Ability to work in a camp/minesite with long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the driller in operating the drill rig.
• Assist with setup and dismantling of drilling equipment.
• Perform maintenance on drill rigs and site equipment.
