Job summary

LSI ADL Technology, located in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Machine Operator to join the 1st shift Surface Mount team. The role involves visual inspection, hand soldering, repair and rework of printed circuit boards and electronic components to meet IPC specifications.

The incumbent will use BOMs, schematics and engineering documentation to verify components, record data in AOI/ERP systems, and maintain a clean, efficient work area while adhering to standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Visual inspection and hand soldering duties.
• Use bills of materials, schematics and engineering documentation to verify proper components placed.
• Record data in AOI system, ERP system and other reports.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations.
• Able to work with speed and efficiency while ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Rework printed circuit boards using hand soldering techniques and repair equipment.
• Verify proper components using BOMs, schematics and engineering docs.
• Record resulting data in AOI/ERP systems and reports.
• Maintain production schedules with minimum supervision.
