Responsibilities

• Shape short and long-term mine plans that translate production goals into safe, practical field plans.
• Design and refine drill and blast patterns to improve operational performance.
• Assess pit conditions, slope stability and geotechnical performance to support safe, informed decisions.
• Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to turn engineering ideas into on-site improvements.
