Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years of industry experience in land or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills; detail oriented.
Ability to perform research across multiple data sources to locate information.
Ability to discern work requiring escalation and take action.
Experience with land systems and applications a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare complex and routine correspondence for others’ signatures.
Assist Surface Land Coordinator in preparation of more complex contracts and surface agreements.
Review invoices, code to the appropriate AFE and circulate for approvals; troubleshoot coding issues.
Research surface-related agreements and ownership of surface rights.
Create reports from Quorum or Land systems; respond to partner submittals.
Collaborate across Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology and Operations.
