Job summary

Permian Resources Management, LLC seeks a skilled land professional to support contract preparation, surface agreements, and invoice coding. You will collaborate with Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology and Operations to ensure compliant surface rights and reporting.

Three years of land experience is preferred. Proficiency with land systems and attention to detail are highly valued in a fast-paced oilfield environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of industry experience in land or related field.
• Experience with land systems and applications preferred.
• Ability to review invoices and coordinate approvals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex and routine correspondence for signature.
• Assist Surface Land Coordinator in the preparation of contracts and oil and gas surface agreements.
• Review invoices, code to appropriate AFE and circulate for approvals.
• Research surface related agreements and ownership of surface rights.
• Create reports from Quorum or Land systems.
• Respond to partner submittals.
• Work across Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology and Operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex and routine correspondence for others’ signature
• Assist Surface Land Coordinator in the preparation of more complex contracts and oil and gas related surface agreements
• Review invoices, code to appropriate AFE and circulate for approvals, troubleshoot and solve problems related to invoices and coding
• Research surface related agreements and ownership of surface rights
• Create various reports from Quorum or Land systems
• Respond to partner submittals
• Work across company disciplines including Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology and Operations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of industry experience in land or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Oil and Gas practices and policies and ability to apply that knowledge to the work
• Experience working within Land systems and applications such as Quorum, Enverus Courthouse, DocVue, ExecuteAFE
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated integrity in work product and in dealing with coworkers
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility regarding workload and priorities
• Basic research skills with regard to reviewing multiple data sources to find specific information
• Proven ability to discern work in need of escalation
• Proven ability to identify potential issues in daily work
