Job summary

The Point Surf Park in Fellsmere, Florida is seeking friendly, organized Surf Rentals Team Members to help guests get the equipment they need for an exceptional day.

You will help guests check in for rentals, select and fit surfboards and wetsuits, process transactions, inspect equipment, maintain inventory, clean and organize gear, and answer routine questions about the rental process while delivering safe, welcoming service.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, hospitality, surf shop, recreation, rental, inventory, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of surfboards, wetsuits, equipment sizing, and surf terminology preferred, but training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help guests identify rental needs and check in for rentals.
• Assist to select and fit surfboards and wetsuits, leashes, jerseys, and other approved equipment.
• Process rental charges, deposits, add-ons, and discounts within policy.
• Inspect equipment before issue and after return, document any damage or concerns.
• Maintain inventory counts and keep gear organized and ready for use.
