Job summary

The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is offering a Manager-in-Training (MIT) – Surf Club Operations program in Northeast Florida. This 18‑month rotational leadership development role covers Youth Programs, Recreation, and Pool & Beach Operations, with emphasis on luxury service, Forbes standards, safety, and guest experiences.

You will learn daily operations, assist with training and scheduling, and develop leadership skills in a high-end club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to hospitality, recreation, or club operations is helpful.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotations in Youth Programs, Recreation, and Pool & Beach Operations.
• Learn daily operations and assist with colleague training and scheduling.
• Support recreational programming and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
