You’ll evaluate financial strength and project risk, learn contract evaluation, and pursue the AF SB designation while collaborating with agents and industry partners to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or comparable with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience with finance and accounting coursework; ability to read financial statements.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Global mindset; adaptable to different cultures and communication styles; strong analytical/negotiation/decision skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; relationship building; internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial strength, creditworthiness, and operational capabilities of businesses.
• Analyze financial statements and conduct financial analysis for underwriting decisions.
• Support underwriting decisions and learn underwriting concepts through case studies and project work.
• Build relationships with agents, brokers, customers, and industry partners; develop communication and negotiation skills.
