Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required with 1–3 years in finance or related field.
• Ability to understand and analyze financial statements and credit data.
• Excellent oral and written communication, professionalism and organization.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess contracts, bond forms, and indemnity agreements.
• Evaluate firms' finances via financial statements and credit reports.
• Analyze construction firms' management to support project and program work.
• Develop relationships with agency partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Branch Management and Home Office personnel.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
