• A four‑year college degree with 1‑3 years of relevant experience in the financial sector or equivalent application.
• Ability to understand and analyze financial statements.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assess contracts and bond forms.
• Evaluate firms’ financial position via financial statements, job schedules and credit reports.
• Analyze construction firm management and organizational capabilities for projects and work program.
• Develop relationships with agency partnerships.
• Interact with Branch Management and Home Office personnel.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
