Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• Strong analytical and financial statement analysis skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assess legal contracts, bond forms, and indemnity agreements.
• Evaluate financial position via financial statements, schedules and credit reports.
• Analyze a construction firm’s management and project capabilities.
• Build relationships with agency partners and interact with Branch Management and Home Office.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
