Job summary

Seubert & Associates, Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking a proactive Surety Operations support professional to help expand and maintain our client base and assist with renewals, licensing, and file maintenance. The role supports the Vice President of Surety Operations and the broader team.

Responsibilities include handling bond renewals, licensing tasks, and coordinating with clients and sureties while maintaining accurate records and processes. A degree and P&C license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; P&C license preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe; strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage renewals, licensing, and file maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Learn basics of the Surety Department and assist with renewals and administrative duties.
• Manage Surety Bond Renewals and communicate with clients about upcoming renewals.
• Handle Licensing, Appointments, powers of attorney, and maintain licenses.
• Assist Account Managers and Underwriting Consultants with client and carrier requests.
• Maintain administrative operations for Surety Department, file maintenance, and memberships.
• Coordinate calendars and setup new eBonds users; ensure cross-platform accuracy.
