Job summary

Seubert and Associates Inc. seeks an experienced Surety Operations professional to manage an assigned book of business across contract, commercial, and subdivision clients.

The role focuses on issuing bonds, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring accuracy in invoicing and record keeping. Under the direction of the Team Lead and Manager of Surety Operations, you will leverage underwriting guidelines, utilise surety systems, and collaborate with clients and surety representatives to meet

• Bachelor’s degree required; property & casualty insurance license preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to identify, assess and manage risks strategically.

Under the direction of the Team Lead and Manager of Surety Operations, provide superior service in expanding and maintaining the Surety Department client base; manage an assigned book of business consisting of contract, commercial, and subdivision clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize surety systems for execution of new bonds and renewals
• Invoice new bonds, endorsements and renewals in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain client files electronically in Agency system
• Develop relationships with clients and surety representatives
• Perform other assigned duties or functions as required to meet business objectives

Certificates/Licenses/Education

Property & Casualty Insurance License Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree Required
