Job summary

Seubert & Associates is seeking a Surety Operations professional to expand and maintain the department's client base, and to manage an assigned book of business that includes contract, commercial, and subdivision clients. You will work under the direction of the Team Lead and Manager to deliver superior service.

Key duties include issuing bonds within underwriting authority, using surety systems for new bonds and renewals, accurate invoicing, and maintaining client files.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize surety systems for execution of new bonds and renewals
• Invoice new bonds, endorsements and renewals in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain client files electronically in Agency system
• Develop relationships with clients and surety representatives
• Perform other assigned duties or functions as required to meet business objectives

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Certificates/Licenses/Education

Property & Casualty Insurance License Preferred
