Job summary

USI Insurance Services seeks an entry-level Surety Support professional to assist Sales Executives and Account Managers in servicing commercial bonds. You will process endorsements, renewals, and bond requests, while maintaining accurate client files and adhering to ImageRight workflows.

Ideal candidates are detail oriented with strong customer service skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office, and willing to obtain required licenses.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; general office/clerical experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Must hold or obtain Property & Casualty insurance license within agreed timeframe.
• Must have notary license or willing to obtain within agreed timeframe.
• Detail oriented with strong customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
• Resourceful, eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure accurate processing of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal assistance to Surety Account Manager.
• Process endorsements, verify accuracy, and deliver to client.
• Prepare new bond requests and process renewal requests.
• Assist with Bid/Final bonds in management system.
• Process documents such as policy audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Create/update Excel or other documents as requested.
• Assist in invoicing and resolve accounting issues.
• Keep clients informed of request status.
• Maintain client files accurately and consistently.
• Adhere to ImageRight workflows and load bond numbers.
