USI Insurance Services is seeking an entry‑level assistant to support Surety Sales Executives and Account Managers in servicing commercial lines surety clients. You will help with endorsements, renewals, new bond requests, and document processing, while maintaining accurate files and client communication.

Qualifications

• Entry level-position; general office/clerical experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Must hold or obtain Property & Casualty insurance license within agreed upon timeframe.
• Must have notary license or willing to obtain within an agreed upon timeframe.
• Detail oriented with strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
• Resourceful and eager to learn new concepts.
• Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal assistance to Surety Account Manager.
• Process endorsements, including ordering from carriers, verifying accuracy, and deliver to client.
• Prepare new bond requests and process renewal requests.
• Assist with Bid/Final bonds requests in management system, as directed.
• Process policy audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Create/update Excel or other documents as requested.
• Assist in invoicing documents and resolution of accounting issues.
• Keep clients informed of request status and maintain accurate client files.
• Adhere to ImageRight workflows and load bond numbers into the management system.
