Overview

Registered Nurse Supervisor will provide supervision and evaluate clinical staff (RN, LPN, MA, tech, and CCA) and participate in the evaluation of clerical staff in collaboration with their documented supervisor. Will be responsible for coordinating daily practice activities and ensuring adequate coverage and appropriate staffing. Will provide clinical nursing assessment, support, counseling, and direct patient care in a physician's office setting. Will work in collaboration with other health care providers and ancillary services. Will participate with management in the development and initiation of practice specific policies, protocols, and critical pathways. Will assist with budget development and monitor fiscal compliance. Will supervise clinical staff and maintain mandatory regulatory institutional policy and procedures under the direction and in collaboration with the Practice Manager and Medical Director. May be required to float to other UFHP practices, as needed, for staffing.
