Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida.

• Supervisory experience or formal supervisory training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical staff (RN, LPN, MA, tech, CCA) and supports clerical staff evaluation.
• Coordinates daily practice activities and ensures adequate staffing and coverage.
• Performs clinical nursing assessment, counseling, and direct patient care in a physician's office.
• Participates with management in policy, protocol, and critical pathway development.
• Assists with budget development and monitors fiscal compliance.
• May float to other UFHP practices as needed for staffing.
