MultiCare Cancer Institute is seeking a Supervisor-Pharmacy Practice to oversee pharmacy activities within their area of responsibility and work closely with the Director/Manager of Pharmacy to promote integrated pharmaceutical care across the health system. The role requires a Washington State pharmacist license, and a background in leadership is preferred.
A PharmD or Master’s degree is advantageous, with ASHP residency experience being a plus.

The Supervisor-Pharmacy Practice is a working supervisor position and, in addition to duties as a pharmacist, will be responsible for the oversight of pharmacy activities in their area of responsibility. This working supervisor reports to the Director/Manager of Pharmacy. The Supervisor- Pharmacy Practice will have direct responsibility for the pharmacist and or technical staff and will work closely with pharmacy managers and other supervisors to support, promote, and integrate pharmaceutical care practices across the health system.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $163,820.80 - $221,644.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
