Palo Verde Behavioral Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Assessment and Referral for its Intake/Admissions Department. Under the direction of the Director of Admissions, you will ensure smooth processes for responding to intake calls, referrals, and admissions into the hospital.
Responsibilities include supervising intake staff, assisting with interviewing and training, and providing leadership to serve patients and referral sources promptly.

Under the direction of the Director of Admissions, the Supervisor, Assessment and Referral, assures smooth and orderly processes are followed for responding to Intake calls, referrals, and admission into the hospital.
Job Requirements:
Master's Degree required in related field
minimum 1-3 years of experience in an intake/admissions department in a healthcare facility (preferrable behavioral health).
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse through the State of Arizona required or licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners as an LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT, LMFT
Must be tested for Tuberculosis with a PPD skin test or chest x-ray upon hire; PPD skin test required annually or chest x-ray every 4 years thereafter.
Must obtain and maintain a Class 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance
