As project demand continues to grow, the team delivers critical construction and infrastructure initiatives while building internal capabilities that reduce reliance on contract labor, preserve institutional knowledge, and strengthen long-term project execution and operational support.The impact you’ll makeThe Facilities Services Senior Supervisor will partner with department and company leadership to oversee facilities infrastructure and equipment supporting Office, Training Lab, and Warehouse operations. This role provides leadership to the facilities team, including multiple outsourced service providers. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality oversight and direction of operational activities such as building and equipment maintenance and operations. Demonstrates the ability to analyze and resolve complex, ambiguous problems with a focus on timely solutions.
