Job summary

Lam Research Corporation seeks a Facilities Services Senior Supervisor to oversee office, training lab, and warehouse facilities, leading a team and outsourced providers. The role focuses on maintaining infrastructure, building systems, and safety programs across multiple sites in the California area.

You will partner with leadership to forecast budgets, manage programs, and ensure uptime and resiliency of critical systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities maintenance and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; or 3 years with Master’s; or PhD with relevant experience.
• Experience with complex facilities infrastructure including chilled water and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to engage internal customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities infrastructure, buildings and equipment.
• Lead programs: Mechanical Workgroup, Energy Efficiency, Safety, SIPP, ISO 9001/14001 and related audits.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and accruals for quarterly and annual cycles.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Space Planning, Logistics and Training Lab Operations.

This role provides leadership to the facilities team, including multiple outsourced service providers. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality oversight and direction of operational activities such as building and equipment maintenance and operations. Demonstrates the ability to analyze and resolve complex, ambiguous problems with a focus on timely solutions.
