Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and support Direct Support Professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Create and maintain weekly staff schedules, ensuring all contracted service hours are covered.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to DSPs.
• Develop and implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) with stakeholders.
• Monitor ISPs and coordinate adjustments as needed.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals in line with ISP and Ohio requirements.
• Coordinate staff training in communication, crisis intervention, and person-centered care.
• Promote learning and use of technology and innovative practices.
• Serve as liaison among DSPs, individuals served, families, and community resources.
