Job summary

Qualifications

• Background and drug screenings required prior to employment.
• Valid Driver's License with endorsements and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in the human service field if location requires it.

Responsibilities

• Assists Residential Program Director in supervising individuals according to their plans.
• Ensures training, behavior and support programs are implemented and documented per regulations.
• Maintains health, safety and wellbeing of individuals at all times.
• Promotes a positive environment that supports independence and choice.
• Schedules staff, appointments, and vehicle maintenance as assigned.
• Monitors compliance with agency directives, licensing standards, and policies.
