Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of management experience, preferably in the assisted living community.
• Requirements: Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite; Driving to other offices or counties may be required and must be able to respond to emergencies.
• This is NOT a remote position, and requires reliable transportation and ability to travel within the county area.

Responsibilities

• Partnership Development - Experience working with the Regional Center staff is a PLUS++
• Assist to deliver a culture oftop level quality service delivery.
• Form strong internal relationships and advocate for client rights.
• Support effective employee relations and confidentiality.
• Keep branch audit ready at all times.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
