Community Counseling Center in Perryville, MO is seeking a Supportive Housing Worker. The role supports the Clustered Apartments program, delivering community support services and coordinating mental health services on-site.

Responsibilities include training clients in daily living skills, developing personal support networks, and facilitating recreational activities while meeting housing and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/HSE/GED is required.
• Two years of mental health or direct health care experience preferred.
• Must hold or obtain MO Class E Driver's License by start date and proof of auto insurance.

Job description

Supportive Housing Worker

Location:Perryville, MO

Shift:Sunday-Thursday 8a-430p, Fri/Sat off.

Base Pay: $16.42 - 18.82/hour

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/HSE/GED is required.
• Two years of mental health or direct health care experience preferred.
• Must hold or obtain by start date, MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents), and proof of continuous auto insurance. Must also meet CCC's Motor Vehicle Record standards policy and have reliable transportation.

Due to this position requiring staff transportation of clients in extenuating circumstances, this position also requires: reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of continuous auto insurance.

The Program

Clustered Apartments allow for on-site monitoring and on-site interventions and treatment of individuals who require an intensive level of care and support, and who may require skills in the necessities of daily living. Clustered Apartments provide low income subsidized housing assistance to persons with disabilities, mental illnesses and/or poverty.

The Job

Responsible for assisting with the delivery of community support services for individuals receiving services through our Clustered Apartments Program; coordination of delivery of mental health services; resource development and linkage with community; functions as a professional staff member of a multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive assessment and treatment services to clients.
