Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Coordinator to supervise staff in Supported Living Homes across their caseload in Chattanooga, TN. The role emphasizes training, mentoring, and directing Team Leaders and DSPs to ensure quality care and compliance with policies and regulations.

The Coordinator will manage a rotating on-call schedule, perform quarterly quality improvement reports, and support daily operations while maintaining strong communication with Home staff to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience in the field.
• Competent and efficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff in Supported Living Homes on caseload.
• Train, mentor and direct Team Leaders and DSPs.
• Conduct quarterly Quality Improvement Reports for each home.
• Ensure homes are well maintained and care per policy.
• Participate in disciplinary actions and annual evaluations.
